‘Carbon Footprint’ and the ‘Federal Reserve.’ The first was the clever result of the marketing firm, Ogilvy & Mather, who were asked by B.P. to find a way to take the public disapproval about the behaviour of oil companies from said companies and place responsibility on the individual. ‘Carbon footprint’ – who could argue with that? Carbon isn’t the issue when it comes to climate change, the sun with its cycles and Earth’s weakening magnetic field are the primary cause.
The Federal Reserve is neither Federal nor Reserve. As an entity, created in secret by bankers and itself a Central Bank, the U.S.A. accepted in 1913 this privately owned company – you and I can’t buy shares but private banks have had that luxury – and which then had the privilege of printing money and setting interest rates. It doesn’t need cash in a vault when it controls the system itself.
‘Carbon Footprint’ and the ‘Federal Reserve’ are both sham phrases designed to obfuscate and are only mentioned to illustrate how much in the way of ‘news’ follows the same path, control the narrative.
Disaster upon disaster in China, both natural and man-made. The Communist Party, from the top down, has so completely spread its corruption that fake food and tofu-dreg construction become the all too prevailing outward signs of a society collapsing.
A culture that gave the world the I Ching, with a wisdom sufficient for running an Empire, has been unable or unwilling to use that resource even though President Xi might just as well be called an Emperor – just as in America where President Trump behaves as though he too is an Emperor in all but name.
There’s a disconnect when it comes to China. The voices I listen to, the videos of life for the ordinary people show me companies failing, wages unpaid, a population nowhere near 1.4 billion and a Communist Party ready for civil war if that is the only way in which the Communist Party survive yet our Prime Minister returns from a trip to China with no hint of the chaos which appears to be the common lot. Time will tell I suppose. I wish the people of China all the best, cold comfort though that be.
There’s no disconnect when it comes to the catastrophe in Gaza, no disconnect when it comes to the deceit of Israel, a disgrace to humanity and backed by the money, weapons and callous disregard of America.
