The drivel, lies and utter nonsense presented by Israel as ‘facts’ are obscene.
Israel is the terrorist State. It has no right to self defence when the territories it occupies isn’t theirs – unless, of course, one accepts the premise that they are the ‘chosen’ people and a Greater Israel is theirs for the taking.
Their ‘God’ is not the God of which Christ talks. Their god is perhaps some alien entity, nasty, capricious and foul. Powerful enough to frighten the shit out of the locals but not a God of love.
‘As above, so below’ – pause for reflection.
It was years ago when I heard the phrase “People like us” and what little intuition I have stirred with concern – there’s much contained within that phrase.
“Woeful specimens of humanity” – I could be one inasmuch as I know myself and know that anything I can think of has already been done by someone within the context of our common human nature and given that understanding I’m capable, as is everyone, of ‘saintly-hood’ or bestiality – power and temptation wreak havoc given the right circumstance.
From the heights to the depths - as above, so below. That’s a sobering thought if true whether it be seen as a religious persuasion or an acknowledgement that, in a Universe teeming with life, alien consciousness is also capable of ‘great good’ or ‘great evil.’
Quite what that means depends upon where the power lies, to what end it is used, and the perception of those on the receiving end.
How to define myself can be as simple as name, rank and serial number using military terminology or as wide ranging as the eye and perception can see – still limited no doubt.
A mother’s grief is no different to another mother’s grief regardless of country, culture or place in history. A human is a human – an ongoing, unfolding manifestation – each of us is a ‘human being’, it is how we describe ourselves but ‘being what’ is the question.
Every year at about this time a cuckoo – undoubtedly more than one – arrives from New Guinea. It has a two note call which goes on and on, almost continuously, for days on end. It doesn’t belong here, behaves as cuckoos do, laying its eggs in another bird's nest.
Much as Israel behaves.
