Story

There are only a few words to this song and three chords.... perhaps A,D & E. Recorded in Fairlight, a suberb of Sydney, in a flat above a shop, by a New Zealand couple for whom all detail like names has vanished into time. I don't know how we met or decided to record but the song is very 'chirpy'and we made the most of it. The guitarist was named 'Fingers' becaus he'd lost a few. Both he and his wife did back up voices. I think she played the Casio keyboard.......I played the blues harp and sang. We came into each others lives and out again in quick succession. They were very nice people as their music demonstrates. Echoes of Alice in Wonderland and The Lobster Quadrille. It's a very good song to singalong to.
