This is a world of smart meters, offered as clever way in which the energy ‘consumer’ - bloody hell, that’s me - gets to choose whether or not to turn off appliances at peak demand times and, thus ..... save money. The poison chalice which comes with this offer contains health issues which are blithely ignored yet well established wherever smart meters and the multiplicity of them is established. Let’s all swim in the thickening electromagnetic smog but please warn your children not to drink from within that untested ocean.
The amount of money spent on smart meters could go a long towards giving us ongoing and free solar energy from our roofs.
I literally cannot buy a lightbulb anymore without it being a ‘better’, more environmentally friendly lightbulb yet it is coated internally with mercury and ‘cannot’ be disposed of in the ordinary way.

Who sets and maintains ‘standards’ in relation to products poured into the consumer’s always open hands, hearts and pockets. Hold on - aren’t we citizens rather than consumers? If so, why does the word citizen sound somehow quaint, as if it’s a bit dusty from lack of use.
Mobile phones are used by children who obviously have skulls too thin to withstand radiation and mothers of newborn infants see no problem with close proximity to mobile gadgets.
I sign up for ‘green energy ‘ only to find that the gas from fracking is considered ‘green.’ and that the water catchment area for millions here, is considered fair game by exploration companies.
If you’re old enough to ‘remember when’, childhood vaccines were not given in the multiple doses which now prevail. The huge increase in autism has to have some common denominator. If the problem is not with an inert virus then perhaps the base substance in which the vaccine ‘sits’ needs scrutiny.
The physical world is reduced to genetically modified seeds, world wide financial chaos with riots, as expected, when austerity is imposed - no end in sight and, all the while, the castled mansions feel no pain.

It cheers me up to receive the ‘2 minute news’ - a wonderful daily race around both the world and the solar system. The solar system itself is subject to weather...... local and galactic. Change is happening everywhere and things are warming up.

There’s a lot going on and I don’t know the half of it.
Living where I do is considered the far fringe of a large city. It’s only ‘on the fringe’ from the perspective of the city. A bit like seeing Pluto and the deliciously named Oort Cloud as the far fringes of our solar system when they’re the first to feel the heat of incoming galactic energy.
The sun is a lightbulb, perched and nestled in a glorious galactic Christmas tree. This isn’t the accepted scientific view but I know that, personally, I’d rather feel electric than walk with gravity.
